Since there are more than one Terry Jett on the internet, I have changed my support contact. It appears another Terry Jett has been getting many calls and is very tired of it… Can’t blame him for that. One guy went as far as to call him a liar, lol.
My support is now totally provided via my online support desk. This is the only way I can keep up with the volume. If I provided telephone support, I would not have time to run day to day operations. Plus, my production cost would rise and I would have to pass it on to all customers.
